What’s a book you think deserves a sequel?
Didn’t we just have a book prompt? 🤔🤣
To be honest, I can’t think of a book that desperately needs a sequel.
When I find a story I love, I’m usually happy to let it end where the author intended. Every story has its own journey, and sometimes the ending is exactly what gives it its magic.
Of course, there are characters I’ve missed after turning the final page, but perhaps that’s part of being a good book. It leaves you wishing you could spend a little more time in that world.
Maybe the best stories don’t need sequels.
Maybe they’re meant to stay with us in our memories, where we can revisit them whenever we open the book again.
So, for once, I’m going to pass on choosing a title.
Some endings are perfect just the way they are.
A truly great book doesn’t always need another chapter—it lives on in the imagination of its readers.
