After four days of electronic chaos, I think Mercury decided we’d had enough.
Day 5: Plot twist…
My husband’s phone suddenly decided it wanted to live again! 😅
It works…
just not for too long, because the screen still gets hot enough to fry an egg. 😂
As of 8 July, though…
No new mishaps!
I’m almost afraid to say that out loud in case Mercury is listening.
Maybe the message of this retrograde wasn’t just about technology. Maybe it was also about patience, adaptability, and remembering that sometimes the only sensible response is to laugh.
I have to admit, this has been one of the most entertaining Mercury retrogrades I’ve experienced. It’s given us stories to tell, a ghost who apparently refuses to pay rent, and a household full of electronics with dramatic personalities.
Here’s hoping the rest of the retrograde is a little kinder…
…although I’m still keeping an eye on the coffee machine. ☕😂
