Mess.

Some messes 
are clutter.

Others—

are systems
that forget
there are humans
inside them.

Calls unanswered.
Mixed messages.
Endless waiting rooms.

And somehow—

families become
the glue
holding together
what should never have fallen apart.

Because behind
every “case”—

there is someone
tired.

Someone scared.

Someone simply
trying
to get home.
