Do you use images in your posts? And do you feel that they enhance the impact of your writing? What are your usual go to sources for images?
I use images in almost all of my posts, and for me they absolutely enhance the impact of the writing. Images set the tone, create atmosphere, and often say what words alone cannot.
I create most of my images using AI. Many of my stories are personal, and while my children are part of my life and my inspiration, I choose not to expose them publicly. Using AI allows me to protect their privacy while still expressing emotion, memory, and meaning visually.
Images, to me, are not decoration — they are part of the storytelling. They invite the reader in, gently guiding them into the world behind the words.
