Words: below renew weaves through cloaks holy untethered tendrils gods spark ash wonder

Below, the old world exhales.
Ash settles like a quiet verdict—
but renew is patient.
It weaves its way through the unseen,
through cloaks of night,
through what we once called holy,
through the places we hid our trembling.
I walk untethered,
and still—
soft tendrils of becoming
reach for my wrists.
The gods don’t thunder.
They whisper.
A spark, small as breath,
lifts from the ash—
and suddenly there is wonder again.
