dVerse Quadrille

Prompt word: TRIP

Gravity Wins

I went on a trip
armed with confidence,
snacks, and zero grace.
I tripped, cursed gravity,
bowed to pigeons,
lost my phone,
found enlightenment briefly,
then fell again.
The sidewalk applauded,
life laughed,
and chaos offered me a membership card
no refunds ever obviously.

Love how you frame gravity as both pull and surrender — that quiet inevitability feels beautifully human here
