What’s a hobby you’re just learning?
I’m learning more about mixing and producing music and sound files.
I’ve played music for many years, but producing it is a completely different world.
There are so many layers to learn — mixing sounds, balancing instruments, experimenting with effects, and figuring out how to turn what I hear in my head into something other people can hear too.
My keyboard/piano has so many functions that I’m still discovering them.
It has different instruments and sounds to choose from, which means I can sit down intending to play piano and suddenly find myself experimenting with something completely different.
That’s part of what I love about it. I’m not just playing music anymore; I’m learning how to build it.
And I suspect this is one of those hobbies where I’ll never really finish learning — which makes it even more interesting. 🎶
