The Man by the Window
He stands where silence lives,hands folded behind his back,as if holding together all the words never spoken.
Beyond the glass,the city keeps breathing—cars moving, people rushing,a thousand lives unfolding.
Yet here,time feels paused.
Perhaps he is remembering the version of himself who once dreamed bigger.
Perhaps he waits for news that will change everything.
Or maybe—he is simply missing someone, watching the horizon as though love might return through the morning fog.
The chair beside him remains empty,like someone was meant to sit there.
What do I see?
Not loneliness.
Reflection.
That quiet moment between what was and what comes next.
