YOGURT • YEARNING • YOGA

In response to Di’s daily Prompt: https://wp.me/p3RSgb-wwo

Some mornings begin simply.
A quiet stretch—a breath, a small moment of yoga before the world fully arrives.
A spoonful of yogurt, nothing fancy—just something grounding, something real.
And yet, even in the stillness…there is yearning.
Not loud. Not urgent.
Just a soft pull toward something more—something deeper, something not quite named.
I used to think that feeling meant something was missing.
But maybe it doesn’t.
Maybe yearning isn’t emptiness—but expansion.
A quiet reminder that we are always growing, always reaching for something just beyond where we are now.
So I don’t rush it.
I breathe. I stretch. I stay present with what is.
Because even here—in the ordinary, in the simple, in the now—
there is enough.
And still…something within me is gently unfolding toward more.
