What We Unearth
I dig where memory resists,
where the ground feels harder than it should.
Some truths do not rise easily—
they wait beneath silence,
beneath stories
told too quickly.
Still, I keep digging,
not for answers alone,
but for what refuses
to stay buried
in the dark.
