Huge isn’t only about size.
It’s about impact.

Huge is when a quiet island
changes its colour palette.
When land known for restraint
suddenly overflows.

Here, on Fuerteventura,
the green feels huge.
Not because it stretches endlessly—
but because it wasn’t expected.
Because it arrived after years of brown,
after learning not to hope too much.

Huge is the sky after rain,
the way the hills soften,
the way the ground answers water
like it’s been waiting all along.

Some things are huge
because they are loud.
Others because they are rare.

This is the second kind.
A huge reminder
that even familiar places
can still surprise us.
