Intentional:

I’m learning to live intentionally.
Not perfectly—
but honestly.
To choose where my energy goes.
To pause before reacting.
To say yes when it’s true
and no when it protects my peace.
Intentional doesn’t mean rigid.
It means awake.
It’s lighting a candle instead of cursing the dark.
It’s resting without guilt.
It’s showing up with care—
for myself, and for others.
Some days my intention is productivity.
Other days, survival.
Both count.
Today, my intention is simple:
to move with purpose,
to speak with kindness,
and to leave things a little softer
than I found them.
That feels like enough.
