Judicial Obstruction and Digital Evidence: a 30 June 2025, Judge Karina Andrade of Buenos Aires’ Criminal Court accepted jurisdiction over the Pereyra/Paiz case. Her intent was clear: she was prepared to open the seized devices — phones, laptops, drives — that could reveal the real scope of the criminal network. But just weeks later, on 25 August 2025, a higher chamber intervened. Andrade’s ruling was revoked, and the case was rerouted back to Tribunal Oral N°30.This is not just another technical shuffle. It is a deliberate strategy to block the truth. Andrade represented the possibility that suppressed evidence might finally see daylight. Her removal represents the opposite: delay, obstruction, and silencing.Threats and Intimidation Judge Andrade is not a complacent figure. She has:Freed over 100 people unlawfully detained outside the constitution.Filed actions against her own government before the UN, denouncing violations of international law and judicial independence. For this, she and her family have been threatened. It is a chilling reminder: in Argentina today, even a judge is not safe if she refuses to play by the old power structures.
Why This Matters for Liam Payne’s Case The parallels are impossible to ignore:In Liam’s case, devices were seized but never opened. Evidence remains locked away, while the narrative of “accident” is repeated. Andrade’s case shows the same playbook: when a judge pushes for transparency and digital access, she is sidelined and threatened.
In both cases, digital truth is what they fear most. Phones and laptops do not lie. They contain timestamps, locations, messages, searches — all the things that could dismantle the false stories being pushed.
And let us not forget:Liam’s official toxicology showed only traces of alcohol, drugs, and antidepressants — nothing that matched the extravagant lies spread in the media.
When truth threatens to surface, it is buried under “jurisdictional disputes,” intimidation, and narrative control. Something Stinks If Liam Payne had only traces in his toxicology, why was the story of excess pushed so hard?
If Judge Andrade sought only justice under the constitution, why was she threatened into silence?
The answer is simple: because the truth would collapse the story they worked so hard to build.—
Justice delayed is justice denied. Until the devices are opened and the intimidation of independent judges ends, both Liam Payne’s case and Argentina’s legal system remain under a shadow.
I also want to point out that many people in Argentina are fighting for justice for Liam. They have protested outside the Casa Sur Hotel, the courthouse etc.
They have also made a memorial outside the hotel, and in Palermo at the British cemetery.
