Day 24 – What does a typical Friday look like?
Fridays are fairly quiet in our house, but they do have a routine.
The day usually starts with taking my husband to his physiotherapy appointment. Since he now has physio every Monday and Friday, it’s become part of our weekly rhythm.
After that, we often do the weekly shopping before heading home.
The rest of the day is usually quite ordinary. I spend time with our pets, catch up on my blog, work on music if inspiration strikes, and enjoy a good cup of coffee or two.
I don’t mind ordinary days.
Sometimes, it’s those simple routines that bring the greatest sense of peace, especially after life has taught you not to take the quiet moments for granted.
