Three Things Challenge #MM495

MANSION • MANOR • MANNER

It’s easy to admire a grand mansion.

Its size.

Its beauty.

Its impressive doors and elegant gardens.

The same can be said of an old manor, standing proudly through generations, holding stories within its walls.

But I’ve learned that a person’s true wealth isn’t measured by the house they live in.

It’s measured by their manner.

The way they greet a stranger.

The kindness they show when no one is watching.

The respect they offer without expecting anything in return.

Good manners never go out of style.

They cost nothing, yet they enrich every conversation, every friendship, and every life they touch.

You don’t need a mansion to have a generous heart.

You don’t need a manor to leave a lasting legacy.

Sometimes the richest people are those who quietly make others feel seen, heard, and valued.

So today, I’ll choose kindness over status…

because the finest thing we can ever wear is a gracious manner.

This is so lovely Maggie. Good manners are a dying art as many are short tempered for whatever reason and circumstances life has thrown at them. It costs nothing to be kind or show a little respect to someone, yet that can make a lot of difference to their day.
    Thanks for joining in today.

Sadly it’s a dying art with manners …
I think it’s the parents responsibility to teach the kids this.
