Sometimes

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is simply keep going.

Sometimes we laugh so hard we forget what we were worried about.

Sometimes a song finds us before we even know we need it.

Sometimes silence says more than words ever could.

Sometimes life changes in the space of a single phone call.

Sometimes healing takes longer than we hoped.

Sometimes it arrives when we least expect it.

I’ve learned not to rush the seasons of my heart.

Some days I bloom.

Some days I simply survive.

Both are enough.

Sometimes I look up at the night sky and remember how small I am, yet somehow still connected to something infinitely larger.

The stars have watched every generation before us.

They have witnessed joy, heartbreak, hope, and beginnings.

Perhaps that’s why they bring me peace.

Sometimes we spend so much time searching for extraordinary moments that we overlook the quiet miracles already surrounding us.

A kind smile.

A warm cup of coffee.

A gentle breeze.

A message from a friend.

A sunset that stops us in our tracks.

Sometimes happiness isn’t something we find.

Sometimes it’s something we finally notice. 💜
