Day 14 – What’s a risk that paid off?
Without a doubt, packing up our life in Norway and moving to the Canary Islands 15 years ago.
It was a huge leap into the unknown.
Our two youngest daughters were only four and five years old, and we left behind everything that was familiar to start a new chapter in a different country.
We hoped the stable, warmer climate would be better for our health, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we ever made.
Life hasn’t always been easy. We’ve faced challenges we could never have imagined, but I’ve never regretted taking that chance.
Sometimes the biggest rewards come from the biggest risks.
And where have those years gone? It feels like yesterday I was holding the hands of two little girls, and now they’ve grown into amazing young women. Time really does have a way of flying.
Looking back, I’d take that leap all over again. 💜🌴
