Into the Mist
The road aheaddid not promise certainty.
It offered only fog,silence,and one more step.
The trees stood like ancient witnesses,watching without judgment as yesterday slowly disappeared behind me.
I could not see tomorrow.
But I had learned that faith is not seeing the whole path.
Faith is placing one foot forwardwhen all you have is enough light for the next breath.
And somewhere beyond the mist,
life was already waiting for the version of me who refused to turn back.
