This Week’s Writer’s Workshop Prompts: May 26, 2026
Curve
Life has taught me that nothing moves in a straight line for very long.
Everything bends eventually, like a curve in the road you never expected to take.
One thing I learned again this May is that not everyone walks beside you with the same intentions you carry for them.
Trust, I have learned, needs wisdom beside kindness.
Fear for me often arrives dressed as uncertainty, especially when it touches the people I love.
Illness, loss, and the things I cannot control sit quietly in the corners of my mind sometimes.
Yet I have also learned that healing often hides inside the things that comfort us.
Lately, I find myself drawn to YouTube channels and podcasts that either challenge how I think or nourish my spirit.
From the deep dives of Down the Rabbit Hole News, to the conversations on The Diary of a CEO, Harsh Reality, Wisdom From North, and simply getting lost in music.
Maybe we all need something to help us navigate the curves.
