Some days feel upset,
as if the world tilted slightly overnight and forgot to tell us why.

We carry so much under 
the surface—
the quiet worries,
the invisible battles,
the brave face we wear for everyone else.

Yet even on the hardest days,
there is something sacred in utility—

making the coffee,feeding the cats,showing up anyway.

Because sometimes survival is not grand.

Sometimes…

it looks like simply continuing.
