Undulate

Undulate.

To move
in waves.

To rise.
To fall.
To flow
without resistance.

The ocean
undulates.
Light undulates.
Even emotions
move this way.

Nothing stays
completely still.

Life shifts in rhythms.
Breath.
Energy.
Healing.

Some days
carry us upward—
soft with possibility.

Other days
pull inward,
deeper, quieter.

But neither
is permanent.

Because undulation
is not instability.

It is motion.

A reminder
that movement
does not always
need direction
to have meaning.

Sometimes
it is enough
simply to flow
with what is changing.
