There’s something amusing about watching your younger self through older eyes.

That junior version of me walked through life with a strangely jaunty confidence 😄

Half the time I had no idea what I was doing— 
but I did it dramatically.

Big feelings.
Big dreams.
Occasional unnecessary jealousy over 
things that probably didn’t matter at all 😂

And yet…
I understand her now.

Because when you’re younger,
everything feels larger.

Every glance means something.
Every silence becomes a story.
Every comparison feels personal.

But time softens things.

You begin to realise that someone else shining doesn’t take your light away.

That admiration feels lighter than envy.
That peace looks better on you than competition ever did.

So today,
I smile at that younger version of myself.

The dramatic one.
The emotional one.
The beautifully unfinished one.

Because she was learning.

And honestly?

She had great hair.
