Thoughts after the pre inquest yesterday
We are not giving up
If the first pre-inquest hearing being postponed because Argentina had not sent all the necessary documents did not already raise concerns about transparency and cooperation, then the second postponement for the exact same reason absolutely should.
Once can be explained away as delay.
Twice becomes a pattern.
At this point, it is becoming increasingly difficult to view this as simple administration or miscommunication.
When the same critical issue repeats itself in a case of this magnitude, serious questions have to be asked about transparency, accountability, and willingness to cooperate fully with the UK inquest process.
Especially when a family, a public, and an entire global fan community are still waiting for answers.
Evidence matters.
Transparency matters.
Justice requires cooperation.
And right now, that cooperation appears to be failing repeatedly.
