Liam’s case in Argentina

I have spent most of the night translating these screenshots from Spanish to English.

Translation

“Read the video description!!!! We want to tell you that a news article came out in the newspaper The Sun, saying that Pereyra could reach a deal and not go to trial, changing his sentence and only ending up doing community service. That is NOT a real sentence for committing a crime!!!

Both Braian Paiz and Ezequiel Pereyra committed the crime. The prosecutor Andrés Madrea has proven this with all the evidence he gathered, and in the prosecution reports he detailed every act of the crime.

Now it turns out that all the work presented by the first prosecutor is being set aside by the new prosecutor involved, and they are absolutely not taking into account everything that has been investigated—giving benefits to the accused.

Where is the justice here? Why are all these pieces of evidence that are part of the case file not being considered? Why is there so much corruption from the new judges who are discarding this evidence and giving benefits to these criminals?

Read everything in the video—pause it if needed to read in detail. We will not stay silent. Everything is in plain sight. Enough of impunity.

Argentine judicial authorities—do your job. Stop being manipulated by absurd requests from the accused, giving them sentences they don’t deserve. They deserve a sentence of 15 years in prison.

A proven crime deserves the maximum sentence!!!! Enough of speculation and made-up excuses to remove responsibility.

We will continue to show with facts that what happened to Liam was NOT an accident (everything documented).”
