Examine
Examine.
To look closer.
Not just to see—
but to understand.
To move beyond
first impressions.
Beyond what appears obvious.
Because what we see at a glance
is rarely the whole.
To examine
is to slow down.
To pause
where others pass quickly.
To notice
what hides in detail.
A shift in tone.
A feeling beneath words.
A truth
not immediately spoken.
It requires presence.
Patience.
A willingness
to sit with something
without rushing
to conclusion.
And sometimes…
that is uncomfortable.
Because the deeper we look—
the more we may find
that does not fit
what we expected.
But that
is where clarity lives.
Not in assumption—but in observation.
Not in reaction—
but in understanding.
And this
is not only for the world
around us.
It is within us too.
To examine
our own thoughts.
Our patterns.
Our responses.
Not with judgment—but with curiosity.
Because when we truly look—
we begin to see.
And when we see—
we begin to understand.
And from that…everything shifts.
