In response to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge: https://wp.me/pfZzxd-ulH

Tune.

A sound. A note. A vibration that either fits—or doesn’t.

To tune is to adjust.

Gently. Carefully. Until something resonates.

Until it feels right.

We often think of tuning as something external.

An instrument. A voice. A melody being brought into harmony.

But we are no different.

We, too,move in frequencies.

Emotions. Thoughts. Energy.

And sometimes— we drift.

Out of sync with ourselves. With what we need. With what feels true.

Life gets loud.

Distractions build. Expectations pull. And slowly, without noticing—we lose the rhythm that once felt natural.

That is when we are called to tune again.

Not force. Not fix.

Just… listen.

To what feels off. To what feels right. To the subtle shifts within us.

Because tuning is not about perfection.

It is about alignment.

Returning to your own frequency. Your own rhythm. Your own truth.

And when that happens—everything softens.

Everything flows.

Because when you are in tune…life no longer feels like something you must push through.

It becomes something you move with.
