weekend Writing Prompt #464

The old Chandelier remembered everything. Every laugh that rose like music, every tear caught in its trembling light. It hung between past and present, cradling moments in glass and gold.
Dust softened its brilliance, but never its memory.Even in darkness,it held a quiet glow, waiting for someone to look up,to see how beauty lingers long after the room has emptied, long after voices fade into silence, and realize some lights are not meant to be forgotten.
