Oblivious.

It sounds
like absence.

Like not knowing.
Not noticing.
Not seeing
what is right there.

And sometimes…
it is.

A moment missed.
A detail overlooked.
A truththat has not yet reached
our awareness.

But being oblivious
is not always carelessness.

Sometimes,
it is protection.

The mind
shielding what feels too much.
The heart
not yet ready
to understand.

Because not everything
arrives when we are prepared
to receive it.

Some things
exist quietly
in the background—waiting.

Waiting
for the moment
we are able
to see clearly.

To be oblivious
is not always
to be disconnected.

Sometimes,
it is simply
to be in a different place
within the same moment.

Present—
but not yet open.

Aware—
but not yet ready
to see fully.

And when that shifts—when
awareness arrives—

it can feel sudden.

Like something appeared out of nowhere.

But it was always there.

Just beyond the edge
of your perception.

So maybe
being oblivious is not a flaw.

Maybe it is a phase.

A space
between not knowing…and knowing.

And when the moment comes—
when clarity breaks through—

you will see
what you were always meant to see.
