This week my question is; What do you always try to avoid?

What Do I Always Try to Avoid?
I try to avoid negativity that drains rather than teaches.
Life will always have challenges — that’s not something we can escape — but there’s a difference between facing difficulty and being pulled into unnecessary drama, judgment, or constant complaining.
I also try to avoid losing myself in situations or people that don’t align with who I am. Protecting my energy has become more important over time.
Another thing I avoid is speaking or reacting in the heat of the moment. Words can’t be taken back, and I’ve learned that silence, or simply taking a breath, often brings more clarity than immediate reaction.
Most of all, I try to avoid forgetting what truly matters — kindness, presence, and staying true to myself.
Because what we avoid shapes our peace just as much as what we choose.
