In response to Di’s Daily Prompt: https://wp.me/p3RSgb-wqh

Not everything arrives on time.
Some things linger—caught in a quiet delay,as if the moment itself is waiting for you to catch upto it.
The air felt damp today.
Heavy, but not in a way that pressed—more like a softness settling over everything, muting the edges of the world.
And then—a drop.
Not dramatic. Not loud.
Just one small shift—a feeling,a thought, a release I didn’t even realize I was holding.
Sometimes it only takes that.
One drop to begin the change. One moment to loosen what felt stuck.
So I let the delay be.
I let the damp soften what needed softening.
And I didn’t rush what was unfolding.
Because even slow days carry movement—quiet, unseen, but real.
And maybe…this was never a pause.
Just a gentler way of moving forward 💜
