G is for Grief
The Love That Has No where to Go
G is for Grief.
A word that feels heavy…yet so full of love.
Grief is not just loss.It is love that remains when someone, or something, is no longer there.
It is the echo of what mattered.
Grief doesn’t follow rules.It doesn’t move in straight lines.It comes in waves…
Some soft. Some overwhelming. Some arriving when you least expect them.
A song. A memory. A moment that suddenly feels too quiet.
Grief teaches us things we never asked to learn.
It shows us the depth of our hearts. The strength we didn’t know we had. The way love continues…even when the person is gone.
Because grief and love are not separate.
They are intertwined.
You grieve because you loved deeply.
And in that, there is something sacred.
There is no “moving on” from grief. Only moving with it.
Learning how to carry it while still allowing life to unfold.
Some days it feels lighter. Other days it sits beside you, asking only to be felt.
And that’s okay.
Grief is not something to fix.It is something to honor.
