Equipment is what prepares us
for the task ahead.

Tools laid out with intention—
ready for use,
ready for effort.

We think of equipment as physical things:
machines, instruments, devices,
the practical items that make work possible.

But we carry invisible equipment too.

Patience.
Resilience.
Experience.
The quiet knowledge gained
from what we have already survived.

Not every challenge requires better tools.
Sometimes it asks us to remember
what we are already equipped with.

We may not always feel prepared.
We may doubt our readiness.

Yet often, when the moment arrives,
we discover
we had what we needed
all along.
