A benefit isn’t always obvious.
It doesn’t always arrive wrapped in ease
or instant reward.

Sometimes the benefit is hidden—
inside patience learned,
strength discovered,
or clarity gained after confusion.

We often measure benefits
by what we receive.
But some of the greatest ones
are what we grow into.

Benefit can be rest.
It can be knowledge.
It can be knowing when to say yes—
and when to walk away.

Not every benefit is counted.
Some are felt later,
when we realise
we are standing stronger
than we were before.
