It is difficult to understand what we cannot see
because we are taught, early on,
to trust only what the eye can measure.
But the world has never worked that way.
As long as I can remember,
I have been connected to what moves beneath the surface —
guidance, warnings, impressions arriving without sound.
I assumed everyone lived like this,
tuned to the same quiet signals.
School taught me otherwise.
Questions were met with confusion,
certainty with disbelief.
That was when the unseen became private —
my spirit guides retreating into an inner world
where they could speak without interruption.
Yet we accept invisible forces every day.
No one questions radio waves,
Wi-Fi, gravity, or magnetic fields.
We don’t see them —
we trust their effects.
I think of my gifts like a radio.
I don’t invent the music;
I receive it.
I tune into frequencies already present,
already moving through space.
The Greeks understood this instinctively.
Their myths were not fantasies
but early maps of invisible laws —
light, fate, time, motion, rhythm.
Stories were how they translated what could not yet be measured.
In 2009, when I began studying astrology,
it felt less like learning
and more like remembering.
The planets don’t shout;
they hum.
They move in cycles older than language,
marking time not by clocks
but by resonance.
The unseen isn’t unreal.
It’s simply subtle.
And sometimes,
those who can hear it early
must learn silence first
before learning trust.
