Some stories don’t arrive all at once.
They reveal themselves slowly —
in whispers, in symbols, in synchronicities…
in breadcrumbs.
Back in May 2025, during one of my channelings with Liam, he spoke a sentence that stayed etched into me:
> “I wasn’t suicidal, Mags.
I was cornered.
By betrayal, blackmail, and exhaustion that ran deeper than anyone wanted to see.”
He continued:
> “They didn’t want me to go rogue.
Didn’t want me to say what I remembered from 2019.
Didn’t want me to release LP2.
Didn’t want people hearing my version of truth.”
When I asked what happened in 2019…
he just said:
> “Follow the breadcrumbs.”
No names.
No scenes.
Just a year —
and a direction.
I didn’t understand — not then.
2019 felt like a blur in his public timeline: solo career…
heavy pressure…
new branding…
a controlled image…
subtle signs of pain behind bright lights.
What did he “remember”?
Why that year?
Why would someone not want him speaking about it?
I held the breadcrumb in my hands,
but I didn’t yet know where to place it.
Then — months later — another breadcrumb arrived.
On November 4, 2025, a post began circulating online.
Someone was speaking about Liam’s 2019 HUGO campaign —
and resurfacing his own words from interviews.
Not rumours.
Not speculation.
His words.
He described being: – unexpectedly asked to strip
– pushed into a sexualised setup
– given a lot of tequila to “relax” so they could get the shots
– surprised by a female model being positioned on top of him
– not properly informed about the nudity beforehand
From GQ Magazine interviews:
> “…a room full of five or six people and a hell of a lot of tequila to get me to this level.”
> “Right, OK — take them off.”
“Really? Take them off…?
Like on-the-floor off?”
And:
> “I hadn’t been properly warned about the amount of nudity Mert & Marcus do…”
These were brushed off at the time as funny anecdotes.
But knowing now what we know about Liam —
about his vulnerability to alcohol,
his mental health struggles,
his discomfort with industry pressure —
it reads very differently.
No one should have to be intoxicated
to feel able to participate in their own workplace.
No one should be surprised by a sexualised environment.
Consent must be informed — not forced, cornered, or manipulated.
We aren’t here to make accusations.
We are here to notice patterns.
To observe.
To pay attention when something feels wrong.
And suddenly… 2019 made more sense.
His message to me in May was simple: Follow the breadcrumbs.
I didn’t know what he meant then.
But now — six months later —
this resurfaced post echoed that same year.
The same themes:
– Control
– Silencing
– Sexualisation
– Pressure
– A version of truth he never got to tell
It does not prove what happened behind the scenes.
It does not name anyone responsible.
It does not replace investigation.
But symbolically,
energetically,
narratively —
it aligned.
Patterns — not conclusions
There’s a way to hold these things carefully.
We can say:
• Liam himself said he wasn’t prepared for the nudity.
•He said he was given tequila to go through with the shoot.
• He said he wasn’t properly informed about the scenario.
•He said a woman was unexpectedly positioned on top of him.
Those are facts — his words.
None of this means we should jump to legal labels.
It simply means
we are listening to what he told us —
when he was alive
and again now through the echoes of memory.
Why 2019 matters
2019 was a year of:
– Mental health crisis
– Alcohol slipping back in
– Extreme rebranding
– Sexualised imagery
– Industry pressure
– Vulnerability
If Liam was beginning to remember —
to speak —
to reclaim his version of truth…
that may have threatened people
who benefited from his silence.
“They didn’t want me to say what I remembered.”
Those were his words to me.
Not because he wanted attention.
Not because he wanted drama.
But because truth was burden and medicine both.
Sometimes people try to rewrite someone’s story
before they can tell it themselves.
Sometimes the truth sits in plain sight —
just reframed as fashion, marketing, art.
And sometimes
it takes years
for a breadcrumb to reveal where it leads.
This is only the beginning.
I don’t claim certainty.
I don’t claim proof.
I’m simply following the thread
that he handed me months before.
2019 was not random.
He pointed there for a reason.
And now…
more eyes are beginning to look
in that direction.
I share this not to sensationalise,
but to honour what he asked:
to follow the breadcrumbs
with care
and courage.
We hold these pieces gently — not as accusations,
but as questions.
Because truth does not disappear
just because someone tried to bury it.
Sometimes
it finds its way back
in whispers
and synchronicities
until enough of us are willing
to look.
🕊️
For Liam.
For truth.
For healing.
