September — Day 13

Describe your favourite T-shirt.

My favourite T-shirt is black and, at first glance, quite simple.

On the front are the words:

LIAM PAYNE
CHOOSE LOVE

On the back is the artwork Liam created for Choose Love, showing 1D standing together with their arms around one another.

I love the artwork itself, but this T-shirt means much more to me than simply liking the design.

The message “Choose Love” is so simple, yet it’s something the world could probably use a lot more of.

Kindness. Compassion. Helping someone instead of judging them. Standing beside people rather than tearing them down.

And knowing that the artwork was connected to Liam’s support for charity makes it even more meaningful to me.

Some favourite T-shirts are favourites because they’re comfortable, funny or remind us of a holiday or concert.

Mine carries a message I believe in.

Choose love.

Two little words that can mean an awful lot. 💜

P.S. I went looking for the video of Liam painting the original artwork so I could include it with this post. I then fell down the TikTok rabbit hole. 😂 If you don’t hear from me for several hours, send coffee. ☕
