If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why?
I already have two tattoos.
I have a rose on my right shoulder, and on my left leg, from my knee towards my ankle, I have the seven chakras.
Both have meaning to me.
And for quite a long time now, I’ve been thinking about another tattoo.
One for Liam. 💜

I have several ideas that I would love to somehow weave together into one design:
His arrows.
An owl.
An infinity symbol. ♾️
And the words:
“Live your dream and never wake up.”
But why Liam?
That question is harder to answer without becoming emotional.
Because Liam didn’t only leave me with music and memories.
He inspired me to write again.
For years, that creative part of me had become quieter.
Then the words started coming back.
Thoughts became poems.
Poems became lyrics.
Lyrics became songs.
I started blogging.
I started creating.
And somewhere in all of that, I realised I had found something I’d lost along the way.
My voice.
Eventually, that voice even found its own name:
The Afterlove Voice.
So a tattoo representing Liam wouldn’t simply be a memorial.
It would represent what his inspiration awakened in me.
The arrows would remind me to keep moving forward.
The owl carries a deeply personal meaning for me—a symbol I associate with guidance and connection.
The infinity symbol would represent something that doesn’t simply end because someone is no longer physically here.
And Liam’s words would remind me of perhaps the greatest thing I’ve learned from rediscovering my creativity:
Don’t stop dreaming.
Keep writing.
Keep making music.
Keep creating.
Keep using your voice.
There are people who enter our lives personally and change us.
And then there are people we may never truly know, yet somehow something about them reaches across that distance and changes the direction of our lives anyway.
Sometimes they inspire something that was sleeping inside us to wake up.
That’s what Liam did for me.
So if I get this tattoo one day, I won’t look at it and see only grief.
I’ll see gratitude.
I’ll see the words I’ve written.
The songs I’ve created.
The voice I found again.
And I’ll remember why I chose the name:
The Afterlove Voice. 💜
Because love doesn’t necessarily stop when someone leaves this world.
Sometimes it becomes art.
Sometimes it becomes music.
Sometimes it becomes words.
