The Power of a Word
A word can heal a heart, but it can also break one.
Words spoken with kindness can become a light someone carries through their darkest days.
Cruel words can leave invisible scars that remain long after the voice has gone silent.
That is why I try to remember that I never truly know what another person is carrying inside.
Sometimes a simple “I believe in you,” “I’m here,” or “You matter” can mean more than we realise.
Choose your words carefully, because once they leave your lips, you cannot take them back.
