prompts for august 2026
What would your search history say about you?
My search history would probably say:
“This woman goes down rabbit holes and doesn’t come back for a while.” 😂
For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been going back through the timeline surrounding Liam Payne’s death, particularly after another collection of supposedly “new” photographs began circulating.
What frustrates me is how quickly photographs, claims and anonymous-source stories can spread before anyone seems to stop and ask: Where did this come from? Can the source be verified? Is the image authentic? Does it actually match the timeline?
Once something has been published and repeated across social media, the damage can already be done — especially when the person at the centre of the story is no longer here to answer for themselves.
August is Liam’s birthday month, and many of us have been filling social media with memories, photographs, music and tributes to him. 💜 We’ve certainly been making some noise. The same thing happened around this time last year, with “shocking new information”..
I’m currently putting my thoughts and research together for an article that I hope to publish within the next couple of days.
But my search history isn’t all investigations and rabbit holes. 😂
A surprisingly large amount of it is simply:
“What does this word mean?”
Writing challenges have introduced me to some words I swear nobody has used since approximately 1847. 🤣
So my search history probably describes me quite accurately:
Writer. Researcher. Curious mind. Occasional detective. And frequent victim of obscure English vocabulary. 😂💜
