What’s the hardest thing about getting older?
My mind sometimes forgets that my body is getting older. 😅 I still want to do everything at the same speed I always have, but my body occasionally has other ideas.
And then there are the grey hairs…
Yes, I colour my hair. No, I am not ready to embrace the grey. 😂 People can tell me to “age gracefully” all they want — I shall age gracefully with a box of hair colour in my hand.
Getting older doesn’t bother me as much as feeling my body slowing down. Inside, I’m still me. Just perhaps with a few more creaks… and absolutely no intention of letting those grey hairs win.
