What have you learned from someone you don’t like?

I’ve learned exactly what not to be.

Sometimes the people we don’t like become our greatest teachers—not because we admire them, but because they show us the kind of person we never want to become.

They’ve reminded me to choose honesty over lies, kindness over cruelty, and respect over arrogance. Even difficult people can teach valuable lessons if we’re willing to learn from their example.
