The world shouts.
The world shouts.
Notifications. Headlines. Endless noise demanding our attention.
Then, almost hidden in plain sight, a simple sign whispers:
Stay Present.
So I do.
I wrap my hands around a warm cup of coffee, open a book, and let the pages slow my racing thoughts.
For a little while, there is nowhere else I need to be.
No yesterday to rewrite. No tomorrow to worry about.
Just this chapter. This sip. This breath.
Sometimes, staying present isn’t about doing something extraordinary.
Sometimes, it’s simply choosing a good book, a quiet corner, and remembering that peace has always been waiting there.
