Who is the fictional character you relate to the most?
Choosing just one is almost impossible.
As a child, I admired Nancy Drew. She was curious, brave, and never afraid to ask questions or search for the truth.
Later, I found myself relating to Sol Angelica from The Legend of the Ice People. Her fierce loyalty and willingness to do anything for the people she loved resonated deeply with me.
Then there’s Silje, Sol’s foster mother. Her compassion has always inspired me. She cared for those who couldn’t defend themselves—children, animals, and anyone in need of kindness.
If I’m honest, I think I’m a little bit of all three.
I have Nancy’s curiosity, Sol Angelica’s determination, and Silje’s compassionate heart.
Perhaps that’s why these characters have stayed with me for so many years. They each reflect a part of the person I strive to be.
The song about Sol Angelica from my album Beneath The Northern Stars.
Hope you will enjoy it.
