What is the best excuse you have heard lately?
I had to laugh when I heard this one:
“My bed threatened to leave me if I got up.” 🤣
Honestly, I think my bed and I have a pretty good relationship too. It always seems to know exactly when I should stay for “just another five minutes.”
Of course, five minutes has a funny habit of turning into fifteen…
Especially on those mornings when it’s warm, cozy, and the outside world can wait just a little longer.
I can’t say it’s the most convincing excuse I’ve ever heard…
…but I have to admit, it’s one of the funniest!
Some mornings, getting out of bed isn’t a choice—it’s a negotiation! 😂
