Three Things Challenge #MM484

BROW • BRUISE • BALANCE

Life can change in the blink of an eye.

My youngest daughter lost her balance and fell into the wall.

Thankfully, she didn’t get a bruise, but she did split her eyebrow.

It was one of those moments that makes your heart skip a beat.

As a parent, no matter how old your children are, your first instinct is always the same:

“Are you okay?”

Accidents happen when we least expect them.

They remind us how quickly an ordinary day can become memorable.

Thankfully, this story ended much better than it could have.

Sometimes life knocks us off balance.

Sometimes we stumble.

But we get back up, take a deep breath, and carry on.

Today, I’m simply grateful that, despite the scare, she’s okay.
