Are you a lifelong learner?
Absolutely.
My grandmother used to say:
“Learning and wisdom are not a heavy burden.”
As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to understand just how wise those words truly are.
Every stage of life has taught me something different.
Some lessons have come through joy, others through hardship. Some arrived in books, conversations, music, or quiet moments of reflection. Others came through experiences I never would have chosen, yet they shaped the person I am today.
To me, learning doesn’t stop when we leave school.
It continues for as long as we live.
I believe we’re here on this planet to learn—to discover, to grow, to make mistakes, to love, to forgive, and to become a little wiser with every passing year.
That’s why I still enjoy learning new things, whether it’s through writing, music, astrology, blogging, or simply listening to someone else’s story.
Every person we meet knows something we don’t.
Every day has the potential to teach us something new.
Learning and wisdom are never a burden. They are gifts we carry with us throughout our lives.
