Firsts and New Beginnings

My first sporting event was as a competitor, not a spectator.I was nine years old and competed in a speed ice skating race.Despite falling twice, I crossed the finish line in sixth place, and I remember feeling proud that I finished.

A few years later, volleyball became a big part of my life. Our team travelled all along the west coast of Norway, creating friendships and memories that stayed with me long after the matches ended. Those experiences taught me that success isn’t always about winning, but about showing up and never giving up.

Lately, my YouTube time has been very different.I have been uploading the lyrics to all seventeen songs from my new album, Beneath The Northern Stars, and listening to the music as each video comes together.Sometimes the greatest competition is simply becoming the person you were always meant to be.

With love, coffee, poetry, and stardust,
