When I first saw this little café called Goal Bar, I smiled.
How fitting.
Yesterday, Norway scored two goals that made an entire nation celebrate.
Norway 2 – Brazil 1.
I’m not someone who watches football every week, but the Men’s FIFA World Cup is different. I love the atmosphere, the passion, and the excitement of the tournament.
We watched the match on Spanish television, and the commentators went absolutely crazy. 🤭
Then, as if that wasn’t enough Norwegian spirit for one day, I jumped on the trend and transformed myself into a Viking warrior.
Shield in hand. Norwegian flag flying. Ready to cheer.
Maybe our ancestors lent the team a little Viking courage.
Or maybe they simply remembered that Norwegians never stop believing.
Ro, Ro, Ro!
What do I see?
A quiet little street… a café named Goal… and the perfect reminder that sometimes life serves up the best coincidences just when you need something to celebrate.
