💫 Three Things Challenge #MM466
Today’s three words:
INK • INSERT • IFFY
Every writer knows the feeling.
You stare at the page, pen full of ink, waiting for inspiration to arrive.
Sometimes the words flow effortlessly.
Other times…
it’s a little iffy.
You write a sentence.
Delete it.
Write another.
Move a paragraph.
Insert a better idea.
Delete that one too.
Eventually, somewhere between the crossed-out thoughts and the coffee refills, the story finds its own voice.
Perhaps writing isn’t about getting it perfect the first time.
Perhaps it’s about trusting that even an iffy first draft can become something beautiful.
After all…
every finished story began with a single drop of ink.
