I have been home “alone” for almost a week.

Which naturally means…

Speaker test time.

Back in my DJ days in the 90s, we used “In the Middle of the Night by Magic Affair” to test speakers and subs.

Some survived.

Some sacrificed themselves for the cause. 😆

Fast forward to 2026…

The new house test song?

MORTEN – No Good (2022)

A remix with serious Firestarter energy from The Prodigy.

Let’s just say…

The neighbours probably now know I am home.

The cats may be reconsidering their living arrangements.

And the speakers?

Still alive.

For now. 😂🔊

Conclusion:Apparently, once a DJ… always a DJ.
